How Do I Buy An e-Gift Certificate? To buy an e-Gift Certificate, simply go to the Gift Certificate Category, then choose e-Gift Certificates, and the denomination and quantity you would like to purchase. When checking out, you'll be asked if you'd like to notify the recipient of the e-Gift Certificate and asked to include his/her name, email address, and a private message. When your order is processed and checkout is completed, the recipient will automatically receive a message containing the Gift Certificate code, information about how to redeem it, and your personal message. If you want to send the email yourself instead of having us send it, use your own email address on the "Notify Recipient" page when you checkout and the email will be sent to you so you can forward it on. How Do I Buy A Paper Gift Certificate? To buy a Paper Gift Certificate, simply go to the Gift Certificate Category, then choose Paper Gift Certificates, and the denomination and quantity you would like to purchase. If you're only buying one, use the "ship to" address to enter the recipients name and address. To purchase multiple, simply use your address in the "ship to" section and we'll send them all to you. You may forward them on to your recipients. How Do I Use A Gift Certificate? To use your Gift Certificate, simply enter the Gift Certificate code (contained in the email you received or printed on the paper Gift Certificate) on the Payment page in the box where it says: Enter a Discount or Gift Certificate Code. The press "recalculate." You can redeem multiple Gift Certificates on the same orders by entering the discount codes separated by a comma. What If My Order Is For Less Than My Gift Certificate? No problem. Our system will deducts the amount necessary to cover your order and the rest of the funds remain available for a future purchase. What If My Order Is For More Than My Gift Certificate? The amount of your Gift Certificate will be deducted from your order and you will then need to select another method of payment to pay the balance. How Do I Check The Balance On My Gift Certificate? Log in to your account and you can check the remaining balance from your account home page. What Do I Do If I (Or The Recipient) Don't Receive An Email With The Gift Certificate Code?
